If you purchased LinkedIn Premium through your Apple account, LinkedIn restricts access to upgrading or comparing plans until the current subscription expires. This can result in error messages when trying to view or purchase Sales Navigator plans.

How to Resolve This

To switch to a Sales Navigator plan, follow these steps:

  1. Cancel your LinkedIn Premium subscription via your Apple account.

    • Keep in mind that Apple doesn’t prorate refunds, so your subscription will remain active until it expires.

  2. Once the subscription has expired, you’ll be able to purchase Sales Navigator directly through LinkedIn.
