To cancel your subscription, please reach out to your Account Manager or email our team at support@cleverly.co. Written notice is required.

Important: Cleverly has a 10-day cancelation clause, so your request must be submitted at least 10 days before your next billing date to avoid renewal.

What happens after I submit my cancelation request?

Your Account Manager or the Support team will confirm the cancelation in writing and update your account. Once confirmed, no further activity will occur after your cancelation date.

Will I be charged again after canceling?

No, as long as your written request is submitted at least 10 days before your next billing date, no additional charges will be processed.

Can I restart my subscription later?

Yes. However, restarting after a full cancelation requires completing the full onboarding process again.

Is there an option to pause instead of cancel?

Yes. If you may return in the near future, Cleverly offers a pause option. This allows you to hold your account without needing to redo onboarding when you return.
