Accessing Your Billing Portal

You can access all receipts, update your payment information, and manage billing details through your Billing Portal.

Steps to Access Your Billing Portal

  1. Access the billing portal link - HERE

  2. Enter the payment email you used when signing up. This is the email associated with your account.

  3. A verification code will be sent to that email address for authentication purposes. Please check your inbox for this code.

  4. Once you receive the verification code, enter it in the designated field to gain access to your Billing Portal.


FAQ

I'm not receiving the verification code. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder, the email may have been filtered.

If you still don’t receive it, contact your Account Manager or support@cleverly.co for help.

Can I change my billing email?

Yes, but this cannot be updated directly in the Billing Portal.

Please reach out to your Account Manager or support@cleverly.co and we can update it for you.

Can I cancel my subscription from the Billing Portal?

No. The Billing Portal only manages payments and receipts.

To cancel your subscription, you must contact your Account Manager or email support@cleverly.co. Written notice is required, and our 10-day cancelation clause applies.
